Alexander Palms Court is
conveniently located in the Casa Marina area of Key West with close
proximity to downtown and the beaches. The bustle of Duval Street is just
two blocks away with its kaleidoscope of attractions, shopping, galleries,
dining and nightlife. You can shop your way from the Atlantic Ocean to the
Gulf of Mexico, just over a mile long. In fact, all that Key West Florida
has to offer is a short walk or bicycle ride away. Leave your car with us!
You will enjoy our large
lagoon pool & sunbathing area, towering palm trees and lush landscaping.
Alexander (King) Palms, which tower over our guest house, are beautiful,
stately, feather-leaved palms, which come from dense groves in the
Australian rainforest. The center courtyard is an ideal space for relaxation
or mingling with other guests. Our gated inn provides a peaceful setting
only steps away from all the activities that Key West has to offer. |

The above rates are
quoted in either quad or double occupancy
Rates above are for weekdays; an additional $20 applies on Friday
and Saturday nights.
There is an additional $20
fee per person per night to add an extra person in rooms which allow
more than double occupancy. Children 12 & under stay free, adults
subject to additional fees.
Holiday and Special Event
rates are higher and require minimum stays. |

Policies

Reservations are
guaranteed by taking the first night deposit (room rate + 11.5% tax) the
day the reservation is made with balance payable upon arrival. |
We accept MasterCard,
Visa, Cash & Travelers Checks. |

Cancellations made outside
of 14 days prior to arrival will be refunded their deposit less a $30
transaction fee. |
For deposits, we require 1
night deposit for stays 1-3 nights, 2 nights deposit for stays 4-6
nights, and 3 nights deposit for stays 7+ nights. |

Cancellations made within
14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the entire deposit. |
There is no refund for
early departure or shortened stays unless we can re-book the room. |

Holidays and Special
Events require a 50% deposit and a 30-day notice period. |
The office is open 8:30
a.m. - 6:00 p.m. daily. |

Check In begins after 2:00
p.m., Check Out is by 11:00 a.m. |
Breakfast is available
8:30 - 10:00 a.m. |

Children of all ages are
welcome, however, we do not accept pets. |
