Banyan Resort is conveniently located in Old Town, Key West and is the
ideal tropical oasis for your visit to our island paradise. Float the
day away in either of the two swimming pools, unwind in the outdoor
Jacuzzi or delve into a book on your private verandah. Stroll through
the extensive gardens, watch the butterflies dance about the flora and
spend some time beneath the ever-changing arms of one of the magical
Banyan Trees. You will find chairs and benches perfectly placed
throughout the garden paths, often near one of the multiple fountains at

Key West Resort. The Tiki Bar, tucked amidst the more than 200
varieties of impressive flora and fauna, serves excellent food and

Each
suite in this tropical, historic resort has all of the comforts of home
including a full kitchen complete with all of the amenities necessary to
make your island escape a relaxing experience. Rooms are bright and airy
with ceiling fans, air conditioning, cable TV and verandahs overlooking
the luxurious grounds. Floor plans range from fully-equipped Studios to
One and Two Bedroom suites complete with a coffee maker, microwave and
everything you need to prepare a meal at your leisure. |

Two Bedroom Suites
 The
spacious Two-bedroom suites have a Queen-size bed in each bedroom and a
Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room which provides comfortable
accommodations for six people. The fully-equipped kitchens have a dining
area and each suite has a semi-private verandah. |

 One-bedroom
suites have a Queen-size bed as well as a Queen-size sleeper sofa in the
living room designed to accommodate up to four people. These spacious
units have a private bath, full kitchen, comfortable living room, dining
area and a patio or verandah. |

Loft Suites
 The
distinctive Loft suites provide accommodation for up to four people and
have a spiral staircase that leads to a semi-private bedroom with a
Queen-size bed. There is also a Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living
room on the lower level. These lofts are perfect for couples seeking a
full kitchen, private bath and generous living and dining area.

Studio Suites
 Our
charming Studio units have a Queen-size Murphy bed, dining area, living
room and full kitchen. Studios have a sunroom, balcony, patio or
verandah as well as air conditioning and a private bath.

Policies

Cancellation Policy
The Banyan Resort requires a 40% deposit to confirm a reservation.
Reservations that are cancelled outside of 30-days prior to the arrival
date will receive a full refund of the deposit, less a $30 processing
fee. Reservations that are cancelled inside of 30 days prior to the
arrival date will be forfeit. The Banyan Resort will not issue refunds
or pro-rated rates for late arrivals or early departures regardless of
their nature.
*Please note that holidays and special events may have additional
deposit and minimum stay requirements.
The Banyan Resort recommends and strongly encourages CSA Travel
Protection to protect you against the loss of your vacation investment.
Unless you decline, CSA Travel Protection will be added automatically to
your total reservation balance at the time of booking. The cost is 6.5%
of total charges and complete CSA policy information is included with
your confirmation mailing. Please take time to review it and simply
notify the resort within 15 days of receiving your information in the
mail if you choose to decline CSA’s protection and your final balance
will be adjusted accordingly. In order to insure the full amount of your
vacation, CSA Travel Protection must be purchased and your reservation
paid in full no later than 5 days prior to your arrival. The certificate
of insurance can be found on CSA’s website
www.vacationrentalinsurance.com.
Hurricane Policy
Refunds and rate pro-rations will only be issued by CSA Travel
Protection to those who have elected to purchase Travel Protection
should we receive Mandatory Evacuation Orders from the National
Hurricane Center and our local governing officials due to hurricanes,
tropical storms or other potential disasters. Compliance with the
evacuation order is mandated by law and the resort will close upon its
issuance. The Banyan Resort will not issue a refund for any vacation
that is interrupted by a Mandatory Evacuation Order. Please note that
coverage can not be purchased after a storm has been named.
VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are all accepted at The
Banyan Resort.
Limited parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for a
nominal fee. |
