We are located in the heart of
historic Old Town, Key West. The Parrot. which was originally built in 1884,
has been beautifully restored with the addition of modern comforts. We now
offer 9 guest units, each of which is unique with its own distinctive decor.
Each unit will give you its own special glimpse into the past of our very
special island. Free on-street parking is available, off-street parking is
available for $5 daily.

Living Room - The living room can be used as
a living room or a bedroom with either or both the Maloney and/or the
Bamboo Room. Furnishings are tropical and the queen size sofa bed can
sleep 2 people very comfortably. |

As described below, each of our units
is unique. All units feature air conditioning, Bahamian fans, phone with
free local calls, cable TV and private bath. Rooms, except for those
with one double bed, also have refrigerators. |

Policies

We require a one night deposit at the time a
reservation is made. |
Rates may be higher, minimum stays required,
and a 50% deposit & 30 day cancel policy apply during holidays and
special events. |

MasterCard and Visa are accepted. |
Rates may change without notice and do not
include tax. |

Deposits are refundable less a $30 fee up to
14 days prior to arrival. |
Additional $20 on weekends. |

There is a $30 fee for shortening stays
within 14 days prior to arrival. |
$20 fee per extra person, only in rooms
which can sleep more than 2 people |

Cancellations made within 14 days prior to
arrival forfeit the entire deposit. |
There is no refund for early departure or
shortened stays after check in. |

When you reach Key West
continue on US 1, US1 turns into Truman Avenue, Continue on Truman Avenue to
Elizabeth Street, it will be on your right, (If you see Simonton or Duval
Street you've gone too far, Just turn around and go back up US1 to Elizabeth
St.) take a right on Elizabeth Street and the Blue Parrot Inn will be on
your left .
