Built by David Wolkowski, who built many of Key West’s premier resorts, including the Pier House, this paradise reflects his passion for special details. Just past the outdoor shower, walk behind the large scheffeleras, open the gate and find yourself strolling down a Key West secret lane to Duval Street! You will be one of the few and privileged to be able to do this!

Details
Just remodeled in August, 2001, this unique house and large private pool is surrounded by mature palms, Spanish lime trees, scheffeleras and other magnificent foliage. Completely gated and fenced, you will experience privacy in Key West that is unrivaled anywhere else on our small island.
The fully air-conditioned main house has the kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom and bath, all with Bahama ceiling fans. The kitchen has everything you will need if you desire to cook during your stay. The dining room seats up to six comfortably, with an oak pass-thru to the kitchen. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The TV/VCR can be rotated for viewing while dining. All along the living/dining room wall are floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that look out onto the private pool and gardens. The spacious bedroom features a plush top king bed, TV, ceiling fan, air-conditioner and sliding glass doors.
The large bathroom features a completely tiled step-down shower that is 6’ x 6’, hairdryer, large mirror and sliding glass doors leading out to the pool.
 The second bedroom and bath are in a separate cottage with sliding glass doors surrounding two sides overlooking the pool and deck. It features a plush top king bed, TV, VCR, ceiling fan, air-conditioning and a bath that has sliding glass doors which leads out to the pool.
Outside under the covered veranda is a table and chairs with overhead fan. Surrounding the pool are 6 chaise lounges. There is a gas BBQ grill, washer/dryer and private parking for up to 2 vehicles.

The living room incorporates a full size sleeper sofa and chairs, in a colorful Caribbean print, which compliments the soft peach wall color. Has rattan tables to complete the comfortable ambiance of the great room which includes a kitchen with cooking utensils, pots, dishes, wine and champagne glasses outfitted for a gourmet cook and breakfast bar for four persons.
One bath includes a tub and shower, hair dryer, iron and board, and has a large closet for extras. The second bath includes all of the above, plus a bidet and 2 sinks.
 The large covered veranda with table and chairs is perfect for dining or listening to the melodic tunes of rain drops on the tin roof. On the rear deck is a large 6 person spa and gas BBQ grill surrounded by tropical vegetation. A washer/dryer is included for your convenience. Parking is right in front of the front porch, which also includes a porch swing and rocking chair. Located directly behind the world famous Hemingway House grounds, just 2 houses off celebrated Duval Street on quiet, intimate Whalton Lane. One block from Center Court grounds, Hemingway's View is a thoughtfully and recently renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath charming turn-of-the-century Conch cottage added to Center Court in January, 1999.

Accommodating up to 8 persons, each of the air-conditioned 3 bedrooms has a king bed, ceiling fan, bedside tables, lamps, large double door closets with mirrors and French doors opening to the outside. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The rear bedroom is surrounded by French doors which open onto the covered veranda, in-room refrigerator, CD player, iron & ironing board, safe and clock/radio telephone. Both bathrooms have marble floors, large closets, hair dryers, tubs with showers. The rear bath has a marble topped vanity with double sinks and large vanity to ceiling mirror and features a bidet.
The white-washed wooden walls in the spacious living and dining room feature paintings of great white herons topped by a wood cathedral ceiling with ceiling fans and air conditioning. The great room is completely furnished with Henry Link wicker sofa, chairs, tables, rocker, double French doors opening to the outside. Twenty-seven inch TV with surround sound, VCR, CD/tape player completes the living room and opens onto the front porch with swing and chairs for watching the sun set behind the Hemingway House.
 The breakfast bar overlooks the completely equipped kitchen (refrigerator with ice-maker, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, pots, dishes, and all cooking utensils necessary to prepare a gourmet dinner) with cordless telephone/answering machine.
On the rear decked veranda there are wicker chairs, sofa, tables and magazine racks for enjoying our delightful evenings or listening to a rain storm making music on the tin roof. Beyond is a large tropically landscaped, bricked private back yard with hot-tub for star gazing, table and chairs and lounge chairs for sun-bathing. Included is your own private parking space.

Designed to accommodate a large family or group, this four-bedroom home has two full baths, one upstairs which has a tub, the other downstairs has a shower, both with hairdryers.
The light and airy living room features an abundance of French doors over looking the covered veranda, lush grounds and pool. A 27" Sony flat screen cable TV and DVD/Stereo with Yamaha surround sound makes the living room a favorite place to relax.

Built in the 1990’s, The DuPont House is a two story hideaway on a quiet lane. Completely gated and fenced, your private pool is surrounded by tropical plants ablaze with color.

The centrally air-conditioned house features a cozy downstairs living room with 22’ ceilings (Q sleeper sofa), TV, VCR, CD player. The bedroom features a Q bed with TV and bath. Ceiling fans throughout the house will keep you comfortable.

The kitchen has a refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster and everything you will need if you desire to cook during your stay. French doors in the living room and bedroom open to your private courtyard and outdoor shower.

The second bedroom (K bed) and bath are upstairs, overlooking the living room. French doors in the bedroom and at the top of the staircase open up to two covered porches overlooking the pool and grounds. In the upstairs bath is a washer/dryer.

Outside is seating for up to 6 persons. There is also a gas BBQ grill.
