Downstairs is a very spacious common
area with a large living room with TV/ VCR and French doors opening
onto a tin-roof covered porch with wicker furniture, magazines, games
and music to pass the tropical afternoons while relaxing from the
stress of the real world.
The fully appointed kitchen area has a refrigerator to store drinks, lunch
or dinner fixings. Outside on the deck is a gas BBQ grill for your
fresh fish from the Waterfront Market or a tasty steak from Fausto’s
Grocery. Coffee brews on the kitchen island every morning so you can
walk across the street to enjoy breakfast around our new second heated
pool, just behind the office.
On the lushly landscaped grounds are a heated swimming pool, large
kidney-shaped Jacuzzi, second story European style sundeck, and
tranquil fish and lily pond. |
