A king pillow-top bed in the bedroom is surrounded by bedside tables, Sony Stereo CD/clock radio, in-room safe, TV, VCR, Bahama ceiling fan and cooled by a quiet Quasar digital temperature controlled A/C.
 The efficiency kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and utensils for food preparation and enjoyment.
The bathroom has a tub, hairdryer, beach towels, beach bag, ceiling fan and a glass end-gable for a light, airy feeling.
Your private decked courtyard has a Coleman two-person spa with jets for back, feet, legs and hips. It also has table/chairs and hammock in a very private area.

Just renovated in February, 2000, our romantic and secluded Honeymoon Hideaway features a king-size bed nestled in azure washed walls with hand painted local photos and art surrounding this charming get-away with Bahama ceiling fan and super quiet, oversized A/C. Also included are two telephones, one bedside with clock/radio and a cordless phone with answering machine if you would like to screen calls or take your calls in your private Jacuzzi on your private deck.
This very comfortable unit also has a very sexy two-person custom shower with glass doors, hair dryer, in-room safe, iron/ironing board, stereo TV with front jacks, stereo VCR, stereo with CD player, mini kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cooking utensils, and blender for enjoying your favorite drink on your private patio with covered porch (ceiling fan), retractable awning covering your outdoor sofa, chair with ottoman, and two-person hammock.
A large gas grill with side burner and outdoor table and chairs covered by a large umbrella surrounded by towering palms, scented flowering vines and tropical plants complete the outdoor space for this very romantic, private get-away.

This wonderfully indulgent one bedroom cottage is on Center Street, just one-half block from Duval Street. Quiet, hidden and exclusive, this historic cottage has just been renovated (2/02) with exquisite attention to details that will surprise and please the most discerning couple wanting total privacy and comfort.
Entering the private deck, you will be greeted by a table and chairs, BBQ grill and lush greenery. The cottage, dating to the 1880’s, reminiscent of a large dollhouse, has three separate gabled roofs, all connecting to provide respite from the outside world. The bedroom has a king pillow-top bed, color TV, VCR, in-room safe, bedside stereo with CD player and the capability to lull you to sleep or wake you with ocean, wind, forest or nature sounds. A Bahama ceiling fan will soothe you and a quiet, temperature controlled Quasar air-conditioner will cool you.
The bath is the ultimate in self-indulgence with tumbled marble floors, azure tiled walls, obscure glass block window, tiny lights on dimmer, two shower heads (one on each end) and a tiled seat. A 5’ vanity with multiple lights over the vanity-to-ceiling mirror has plenty of storage space, even for a longer stay (and you may probably never want to leave). A hairdryer and multiple outlets are provided for your convenience, as well as beach towels, beach bag and extra thick bath towels for your pleasure.
The lushly colored and appointed kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, even wine and champagne glasses are provided. Another Bahama ceiling fan and Quasar air-conditioner hovers over the antique soda table and chairs. Multiple windows provide lots of light (but total privacy) makeing the kitchen/dining room a special place to enjoy your morning coffee. Or go outside to the courtyard and enjoy your breakfast while planning your day’s activities.
 The living room is small and cozy, yet has a sofa, chair, TV, VCR, stereo with CD player and a French door leading outside to a small, private space with a park bench for cozy conversations with your favorite beverage in hand. Numerous books about Key West, it’s history, it’s authors, it’s homes will occupy any time you might need to fill. Or you might rather go outdoors and climb the circular stairs to your personal heaven, complete with a two-person Jacuzzi with a back massager, multiple jets and bubbles. Two chaise loungers can be enjoyed for tanning sans suits or watching stars. Tiny lights surrounding the deck will make the evening sparkle.
Two doors away is the large pool (heated in the cooler months) for your enjoyment, as well as complimentary evening cocktail hour every day in the winter/spring months and on weekends in the summer.

A few steps from Duval Street, on a quiet lane just two blocks long, the Sunset Suite was just renovated October 2001. The entrance to this spacious unit is from a totally enclosed private decked courtyard with a 4-person spa. Inside you will find a living room with cathedral ceilings and fabulous original tropical art by famed artist, Dan Goade. Additionally, the kitchen has adjustable lighting over and under the cabinets, adjustable directional lighting over the sink, as well as natural light. Fully equipped, even for the gourmet cook, you will find this kitchen is a true delight to cook in. The bathroom has a sexy tiled shower (black tile floor) with a chrome rain showerhead and glass door. The wide maple cabinet with drawers has a tiled top with designer sink, mirror almost to the ceiling, and plenty of shelving. Up a flight of stairs is a loft bedroom.

The wrap-around front porch with gas BBQ grill overlooks a fenced, private yard, perfect for our four-legged visitors.
This central air-conditioned unit has a downstairs with a full kitchen, which includes washer/dryer, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all cooking/eating utensils. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the living room.
 The light and airy living room has cathedral ceiling with Bahama ceiling fan, skylight, French doors, queen sleeper sofa, TV, VCR, stereo w/CD player, cordless telephone with answering machine, a hall closet with iron and ironing board.
The spacious bath has a tub, large vanity, hairdryer, beach towels and beach bags.
