Abaco Suite (completely renovated in 2000), is a bi-level suite with a very spacious bedroom upstairs with king bed, down pillows, TV, cordless telephone, writing desk and chair, in-room safe, iron & ironing board complete with Bahama ceiling fan, A/C and colorful Caribbean bedspread and carpet. The upstairs large tiled walk-in shower with hair-dryer makes this private bath luxurious.
Downstairs is a large and comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the living room with A/C and ceiling fans. Color cable TV, VCR, stereo with CD player makes the entertainment center so comfortable you might not want to do the "Duval Crawl", which is just ½ block away. Inside you will find a living room with cathedral ceilings, queen sleeper sofa, 25” TV, VCR, Technics stereo/CD player with Bose speakers, cordless telephone with answering machine, Bahama ceiling fan, quiet Quasar A/C and fabulous original tropical art by famed artist, Dan Goade.
The state-of-the-art kitchen features solid maple cabinets, double-door refrigerator with icemaker and water dispenser on door, glass top stove with overhead microwave/vent, dishwasher, porcelain sink with garbage disposal, blender, toaster, timed coffee maker and breakfast bar for 4 with overhead hanging lights. Additionally, the kitchen has adjustable lighting over and under the cabinets, adjustable directional lighting over the sink, as well as natural light. Fully equipped, even for the gourmet cook, you will find this kitchen is a true delight to cook in.
 The bathroom has a sexy tiled shower (black tile floor) with a chrome rain showerhead and glass door. The wide maple cabinet with drawers has a tiled top with designer sink, mirror almost to the ceiling, candles for romance, hairdryer, pool towels, beach bag and plenty of shelving.
Up a flight of stairs is a loft bedroom with queen pillow-top bed, feather pillows, lightweight down comforter, TV, cordless phone, in room safe, two closets, six drawers for storage and another quiet Quasar A/C.

Our Bimini Suite is a bi-level suite decorated in a rich contemporary Danish style with a bedroom upstairs with a bookcase divider separating 2 different sleeping areas with two queen bed sleeping areas with a room divider and TV’s/VCR for each separate sleeping area. A writing desk, chair complete with Bahama ceiling fan, A/C and colorful Caribbean bedspreads completes the bedroom. The upstairs bath features a custom shower with glass door. Beach towels and hair-dryer are also provided.

Downstairs is a living room with queen sleeper sofa and love seat with A/C, fans, large color TV, VCR, stereo with CD player. The living room and dining room is divided by another custom bookcase.
The kitchen features stove, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, coffee maker, blender and everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal or just heat up leftovers from the incredible restaurants surrounding this unique suite. There is also a tiled breakfast bar which is also a convenient serving or conversation area.

Our Bonaire Suite is a bi-level suite decorated in a rich contemporary Palm Tree motif with two pillow-top queen beds in the upstairs bedroom with in-room safe. Bahama ceiling fans over each bed, quiet temperature controlled A/C and TV completes this comfortable bedroom. The upstairs bath features a custom tumbled marble shower with glass door. Beach towels and hair-dryer are also provided.

Downstairs is a living room with queen sleeper sofa and love seat decorated with rich Palm motif brocade fabric. The entertainment center features a 25” color TV, VCR, stereo with CD player. Bahama ceiling fans and a quiet temperature controlled A/C cools the living room and large dining room which seats 6 comfortably.
The kitchen features stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, coffee maker, blender and everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal.
 Outside your door is a delightful tropically landscaped courtyard with singing birds and a large in-ground Jacuzzi. Also included are 2 heated pools, one for families and the other for adults only.

Caribbean Suite (renovated 8/2004) is a sumptuous bi-level suite with one bedroom upstairs. The bedroom features a king pillow top bed and is decorated in rich tropical colors. A writing desk and chair, 20" stereo TV with video recorder, alarm with CD player, Bahama ceiling fan and quiet thermostatically controlled Panasonic air-conditioner completes the bedroom. The upstairs bath features an iridescent glass tiled romantic shower with dual shower heads and seat, a hair-dryer is provided as well as plush towels, beach towels and in-room safe.

Downstairs is a marble tiled living room with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and love seat, half bath with a second vanity and hairdryer, a thermostatically controlled Panasonic air-conditioner, ceiling fans, 20" flat screen stereo TV, surround sound Samsung DVD/receiver. The living room and 4 seat dining area creates a very spacious area for enjoying your stay. Cordless phones with answering machine are featured upstairs as well as well as downstairs.
