Captain Brice grew up in rural Levy County, Florida near the Gulf Coast.  At a very young age, he began fishing with his grandfather in a flat bottom boat off the flats of Shell Mound in the town of Cedar Key. Brice’s love of fishing continued and as a young adult, he made his way to Key West working avidly as a first mate, learning the waters and studying for his Captain’s license. A great navigator and a natural on the water, Brice quickly became known for his ability to find fish in almost all kinds of weather.

Passionate about fishing, Brice gives every charter his very best in every way. Realizing that it is his customers’ well earned “time away” Captain Brice values each trip and if the fish are to be found, rest assured he will find them.  Captain Brice is well known for his great tournament fishing and has been featured in several fishing shows and magazines. With a true love of the water and a keen eye for fish, Captain Brice continues doing what he does best; finding and landing some of the greatest catch off the Florida Keys. 

Double Down is a comfortable 39-foot custom sport fishing boat built in Key West, Florida. There is plenty of room aboard this vessel for a spectacular full day or half day of fishing. Double Down rides smoothly and swiftly out to where the fish are! Equipped with the latest marine electronics including: Garmin GPS Map 2006, Color Depth Sounder (Fish Finder), Loran C, VHF Radio and Cellular Telephone, Double Down insures safe and skillful navigation, easy accessibility for locating your catch, and convenient marine communications!

Many amenities are included in your charter such as your very own personal fishing guide (for up to 6 anglers), bait, tackle, fishing license, compact refrigerator and coolers with ice to keep your food and beverage cool, radio/cd player for listening to your favorite tunes and a clean bathroom! As an upgrade, you can enjoy the luxury of Air Conditioning on your fishing excursion.

Hi, Brice. Just wanted to thank you and Martin again for a great day of fishing last Friday.  I may have had a bit more fun than Nick since he spent most of the time flat on his back but we agreed we had a ball.  A few of my pals think I’m telling a fish tale about four sailfish.
