 Deposits
and Cancellations- Reservations are accepted with a deposit of one
nights room charges. Cancellations are accepted, without penalties, up to
seven days before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within
seven days of expected arrival will forfeit the advance deposit.Check-in / check-out- Reception Desk times for check-in are between 3:00pm and 11:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. Late arrivals can be accommodated with advance notice. Methods of Payment- We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards, or cash or travelers checks in U.S. currency. Smoking Information- All rooms are non-smoking. Guests may smoke anywhere on the grounds, and on porches and patios. Pets- We cannot accommodate pets. If you are planning a visit with pets, we are happy to recommend a Key West hotel that can meet your needs. Sales Taxes- We collect state and local sales tax on room charges that total 11.5%. Key
Lime Inn is a 37 room historic hotel located in the center of Key West's old
town district, just two blocks from Duval Street. This former estate
property offers accommodations in several buildings spread out over a one
acre compound with mature landscaping, a large pool, and on-site parking.
Historic buildings originally date from 1854 to 1949. Key Lime Inn completed
an award winning renovation in 1999.
