This standalone cottage is just steps from the shared oasis-style heat pool and features a king bed, private bath, hairdryer and lush beach towels. Completely air-conditioned with stylish Bahamian ceiling fans, this unit is perfect for a romantic getaway or just time away from the office. An efficiency kitchen with dinning space for two includes everything a cook could desire: a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and more.

Bright Caribbean colors accent the walls of Jeff MacNelly art, which makes Poolside Paradise one of our most desirable cottages for Honeymooners. For romantic evenings, double French doors open onto a private deck with two outdoor benches covered with pillows, perfect for gazing into your own private Caribbean garden.

Palm Isle -
One block from Duval Street

Welcome to Palm Isle – beauty and economy in Old Town Key West! One block west of Duval on Whitehead Street, doors down from the Hemingway House, this second story studio suite is equipped to make your stay in the islands comfortable and convenient. The house shares a lot with a giant Sapodilla tree – the massive gift from Mother Nature provides shade for your private Jacuzzi and treetop hammock.

The studio features a king bed and a full-size sleeper sofa, perfect for a pair of vacationing friends or a party with children. The full bath includes hairdryer and lush beach towels. You will need them! Palm Isle comes with a complimentary pass to Fort Zachary Taylor – the nicest beach on the island.

Amenities include full dinning room furnishings, a TV with VCR and DVD player, stereo with CD player, a private telepone line with answering machine, a shared washer/dryer, on-street parking, and much more. Whether watching TV or the moon from your private spa, Palm Isle is your Key West connection.

ROMANTIC, COZY, PRIVATE, PURRFECT.......All describe "Little Palm"....Located one block west of Duval Street on Whitehead St., just doors down from the Hemingway House. Start with a setting that is circa 1865 with a large mature canopy of native hardwoods, add a new cottage that invites you into a special place with it's "Tommy Bahama" furniture, marble floors, King size pillow top bed and artwork transporting you to another Island. If you're really connected you might convince the owner to teach you how to make the Famous Havana "Mojito". A recipe which was passed down from Papa Hemingway by way of the food network.

A fabulous bathroom with custom tiled shower, hairdryer and art by the late "Jeff MacNelly" Key West's three time Pulitzer prize winner.

A complete mini kitchen with convection microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, mid-size refrigerator, commercial drink blender, wine and champagne glasses. Sorry no cooktop, you are in walking distance to all of our fabulous restaurants!

A private outdoor space to relax with that Mojito in your private hot tub covered by a tiki hut. Enjoy outdoor dining on your own free standing bar with stools while cooking some fresh local seafood on your stainless steel gas BBQ grill. Enjoy the obligatory outdoor shower (ya gotta love being on vacation).

A complimentary beach pass to Fort Zachary Taylor State Park is included - the finest beach on the Island. And last but not least a staff that is waiting to pamper you!

Tropical Hideaway -

Lush gardens surround this lovingly restored two-story Bahamian house. This downstairs suite has one bedroom with full bath and features a living room with queen sleeper-sofa, cable TV, VCR, stereo with CD player, and a private telephone line with answering machine. The bedroom has a queen bed and cable TV. The fully equipped kitchen and bedroom leads to a totally screened dining room, with rattan furniture, which opens to a secluded garden area under mature tropical trees. Enjoy your private Jacuzzi or cook on the gas grill in this tropical setting.

Avail yourself of the Tropical Village Compound features including a large heated pool and washers/dryers (shared by only six units). Other amenities include, but are not limited too: A/C, ceiling fans, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and lush beach towels.

Nassau Suite -
921 Center Street (1/2 block off Duval Street)

Nassau Suite is a bi-level suite with a very spacious bedroom upstairs a king bed, TV, cordless telephone, writing desk w/outlet for computer and chair, in-room safe, iron & ironing board complete with Bahama ceiling fan, A/C and colorful Caribbean artwork. The upstairs tiled bath with hair-dryer makes this room luxurious.

Downstairs in the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa and loveseat with A/C and ceiling fans. Color cable TV, VCR/DVD, stereo with CD player makes the entertainment center so comfortable you might not want to do the "Duval Crawl", which is just ½ block away.

This spacious suite has a dining room and state-of-the-art kitchen which includes a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cordless phone with answering machine and everything you desire to cook. Prepare and serve a gourmet feast or just warm-up leftovers from one of the fabulous restaurants surrounding this perfect location. Havana Suite -

Havana Suite (completely renovated in 2003), is a bi-level suite with a very spacious bedroom upstairs with king bed, down pillows, TV, cordless telephone, writing desk and chair, in-room safe, iron & ironing board complete with Bahama ceiling fan, A/C and colorful Caribbean bedspread and carpet. The upstairs large tiled walk-in shower with hair-dryer makes this private bath luxurious.

Downstairs is a large and comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the living room with A/C and ceiling fans. Color cable TV, VCR, stereo with CD player makes the entertainment center so comfortable you might not want to do the "Duval Crawl", which is just ½ block away. A covered porch with swing overlooking the gardens is perfect for a romantic evening conversation.

This spacious suite has a dining room and state-of-the-art kitchen which included a glass-top stove, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, cordless phone with answering machine and everything you desire to prepare a gourmet feast or just warm-up leftovers from the fabulous restaurants (over 22) surrounding this ideal location on a quiet old-town lane.

Orchid Suite -

The Orchid Suite is a bi-level suite decorated in a rich contemporary Danish style. The bedroom is located upstairs with a bookcase divider which separates 2 different sleeping areas each with a queen bed covered with colorful Caribbean bedspreads completes the bedroom.

The upstairs bath features a tiled shower with glass door, hair-dryer and all your linens. Large beach towels are also provided --- you will need them, the Orchid Suite comes with a complimentary pass to Fort Zachary Taylor, Key West's finest beach, which is only a short bicycle ride away!

Downstairs is a living room with queen sleeper sofa and love seat with A/C, fans, large color TV, VCR/DVD, stereo with CD player, and private telephone line with answering machine which helps keep you connected to the outside world. There is a lovely dining room with plenty of seating, tiled breakfast bar, & stools.

All the amenities of a luxury property are included: fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and everything needed to cook, prepare, and serve a gourmet meal or just heat up leftovers from our incredible restaurants located in the surrounding area. This one bedroom condo is steps from the shared oasis-style, heated pool. It features a king bed with TV, electronic safe, private bath with hair dryer, and lush towels. Completely air conditioned with vaulted ceilings and Bahamian ceiling fans, this unit is perfect for romantic getaways or carefree fun anytime. A full kitchen and dining space for four includes everything a cook desires: stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, Jenn-Air grill top stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, crystal glassware and more.

Bright Caribbean colors accent hand-made furniture which are all pieces of art from Key West galleries. Honeymooners especially adore, Island Style. This upstairs suite has two bedrooms featuring a queen bed. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for the serious cook or enjoy your meals on the gas BBQ grill in a tropical setting. The living room that opens onto a private veranda, features cable TV, VCR, and stereo with CD player. One bath with full tub shower completes this wonderful accommodation.

Avail yourself of the Tropical Village compound which includes a large heated pool, meandering paths and lush gardens.The pool and washers/dryers are shared by six units only. All the necessities are provided for you: A/C, ceiling fans, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and beach towels.

Conch Casa -
One block from Duval Street

Conch Casa is a cigar maker's cottage circa 1884 that sits in a historic residential neighborhood half a block from Duval Street. This romantic hideaway is the quintessential conch cottage - both removed and integrated into Old Town Key West.

The gourmet kitchen with glass top stove, refrigerator with ice-maker, is accented with French doors that open onto a private deck with a large 4 person private Jacuzzi, outdoor shower and gas grill. Yet this private retreat is in the middle of Old Town, with on street parking just steps to fine restaurants, bars, clubs, and the best shopping on the island.

The living room in this tropical escape features a queen sleeper sofa, 27" flat screen CATV, Panasonic Surround Sound DVD/CD player and a private telephone line with answering machine. The fish themed tiled bathroom is shared by two bedrooms, each with super comfortable queen beds and down pillows, replete with Caribbean inspired duvets. Bahama House -

This historic Bahamian-style Conch cottage is a perfect example of turn-of-the-century island architecture. The modest two bedroom, each with queen bed, two bath and queen sleeper-sofa is accented with Dade County pine walls, cathedral ceilings and island folk art, including original oil paintings, glass sculpture and antique furnishings. The dual head shower in the master bedroom can make for an intimate bathing experience for two or a hosing station for sandy kiddies. Modernity has not been sacrificed in this historical abode: a Bose Wave Radio/CD player, cable TV, VCR and private telephone line with answering machine help keep you connected to the outside world. And that’s just the interior! Outside you will find a private Jacuzzi, gas grill and a full patio with place setting for six – perfect for a meal and hot soak under the stars.

The central A/C can blast the heat with a push of the button. Tropical Village Cottage -

The Tropical Village Cottage is the epitome of modern Key West. This two bedroom, two bath conch cottage overlooks a shared oasis-style heated pool, sun deck and poolside grilling station. With all the amenities of contemporary living set in island style and décor, Tropical Village Cottage is your ticket to a stress free vacation. Havana Hideaway -
Just off Simonton Street, one block from Duval Street

There was a time when hopping a plane to Havana was as common place as hopping a plane to Key West. Political boards have since changed the old way, but the culture, art, style and design of old Cuba is alive and thriving in the Florida Keys, no more so than in our Havana Hideaway.

This two story, two bedroom, two and a half bath home was built by Key West’s premier architect/contractor and has been recently renovated and landscaped. One of the newest additions to the hideaway family, Havana Hideaway is the flagship cottage, representing privacy, luxury, location and convenience. The back of the house has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that fully open to the enclosed back yard with heated pool, covered veranda and tropical gardens with travelers palms, white bird of paradise and your own banana tree. This private tropical oasis even comes with a rusty, old guard dog.

The living room features a queen sleeper-sofa, cable TV, VCR, and a half bath. The gourmet kitchen has everything including a breakfast bar, Bose Wave Radio/CD player, side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and glass-top stove. The painted Dade County Pine walls accent the antique furnishings from across the globe, including a carved headboard from Thailand and a handmade bed straight from the Costa Rican shores – topped off with local art and tasteful bric-a-brac.

The full gourmet kitchen with refrigerator, electric range, microwave, blender, dishwasher and numerous accessories will meet all your gustatory needs. Read a book in the shade or watch TV on your own private tropical deck – great for entertaining or casual dinning on the gas grill. Toon Hall -

World-class comfort, lush tropical surroundings and unmatched privacy characterize the former winter home of Pulitzer Prize winning cartoonist, author and artist, Jeff MacNelly. Designed to accommodate a large family or group, this three bedroom home has two full baths plus the quintessential Key West outdoor shower. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and the third has a queen bed, all have cable TV. With three private decks, there is ample space to get away from it all and enjoy the private Jacuzzi.

The living room features two queen sleeper-sofas, cable TV, VCR and stereo with CD player. The banquet table in the dining room is perfect for a kingly affair with seating for ten. A quiet reading room and private telephone line with answering machine sits between the dining room and the kitchen. The gourmet kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and glass-top stove, plus an arrangement of cooking accessories that will make any chef smile. The largest house in The Tropical Village Compound, you can take advantage of the large heated pool, washers/dryers and sun deck, replete with gas grill. Seaport Suite -
Historic Seaport area, one block off Duval Street.

The captain’s favorite, Seaport Suite is reminiscent of an earlier time in the island’s diverse history. Until the early 1900s the Keys were only accessible by boat, and as early automobiles were making the slow drive over rough roads, new inventions of unmatched speed were cruising the sky above, over the sea, finding solace on the tropical air fields of our island escape. Whether arriving by ship, seaplane, or landing on the inland strip, the historic seaport is the only stop in Key West for dinning, shopping, water adventures and bacchanalian pursuits. Now you can access the island’s unique history by spending your stay in the now “historic” seaport. Seaport Suite is the only hideaway in town reflective of both the land and sea accomplishments in our island’s past.

Built in 1884 the large, historic building houses Re/Max Southernmost on the first floor. Seaport Suite, on the second floor, features four bedrooms and two baths – perfect for large families and groups. Furnished like the finest of captain’s quarters, this expansive suite features original Dade County pine walls and hard wood floors. The spacious living room has a 36” TV, VCR, Bose Wave Radio/CD player, and a private telephone line with answering machine. An antique wood airplane propeller hangs from the living room ceiling with a wily tiger standing guard.

Three bedrooms feature king beds, the fourth houses an antique iron double bed. The two full baths sit perfectly between each of the rooms. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, perfect for the chef’s little helpers, and a wide hallway, which runs the length of the unit, accommodates the large dining table fit for a king. A French door opens from the living room onto the covered front balcony.

But that is not all, the first floor entrance leads up to the living quarters and out to the large back deck. Plenty of space is provided for either cooking on the gas grill or lounging under the stars in the private Jacuzzi. If you’re nice the resident “horny bill” might even play you a song. Casa Loca -
535 Petronia... an address and house of distinction!

The perfect location, less than one block from Duval Street, just off Simonton Street this 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath house will amaze you with its extraordinary decorating and attention to detail! Sit on the front porch and watch the world go by!

The main house is 2 stories with a sitting area (Q sleeper sofa) and half bath on the left and a breakfast nook on the right as you enter, with Greek columns dividing the rooms and hallway. The kitchen is completely equipped for the gourmet cook, including double door refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, glass top stove, disposal, corian counter tops and marble back splash. A pass-thru window to the main dining room/living room in the great room allows you to eat formal dinners overlooking the pool and gardens! Over the expansive, luxurious living room is a backlit stained glass mural in the ceiling which adds romance to evenings spent laughing and talking, or just looking out thru the sliding glass door wall at your very own heated pool with fountain and gas Weber BBQ grill. Complete with 27" flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo, the great room will be your favorite place to play.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a king bed w/down duvet comforter, 20" flat screen TV and the other with a queen bed w/down duvet, flat screen TV/DVD. A tropically infused large common area shared by the two bedrooms has a wicker sofa and chairs with a private bath off at the side with a beautifully detailed tiled shower!

An airy, spacious master bedroom is in the rear wing of the house with French doors opening to the pool and gardens features a king bed w/down duvet, 24" flat screen TV/DVD, ceiling fan and intimate bath with marble shower. Enjoy the Key West light thru the glass block wall in the bath that features a Maytag stack washer/dryer.
