Sail Aboard The Schooner Liberty Clipper

Completed in 1983 the 125 ft. Schooner LIBERTY CLIPPER is a steel vessel that is a majestic replica of an 19th century clipper ship. LIBERTY CLIPPER is Coast Guard licensed to carry 115 passengers, which she does in Boston, MA in the summer and Key West, FL in the winter.

Caribbean Dinner Sunset Sail

As the authentically designed 125” Liberty Clipper slides away from the dock, passengers may dance to the sounds of the live Island music, or work up an appetite helping the fully uniformed crew set the sails, as the enticing aroma of dinner being freshly prepared on the grill wafts across the deck. And as the sun edges below the sails and dips into the water, passengers know they will have this once-in-a-lifetime experience etched in their memories for years to come.

Guests may feast on local chef Louis Scaramuzzi's Caribbean creations including:
- Mojo and sour orange roasted pork with caramelized Bermuda onion relish
- Jamaica citrus rubbed grilled whole chicken served hot off the grill cut and quartered with mango curry relish
- Key lime garlic yucca frites
- Costa Rican red beans and rice
- Rum glazed sweet plantains
- Caribbean fritters with conch, shrimp and white corn served with Havana cocktail sauce and Habanera key lime mustard
- Mojito tropical fruit salad with fresh mint, lime, and Bacardi rum
- Southernmost Caesar salad with grilled pineapple, plum tomatoes, grated parmesan cheese and avocado citrus vinaigrette
- Basket of assorted Cuban breads, flatbreads and French rolls with sweet butter and olive tapande
- Key lime bars with fresh berries
- Champagne, wine, beer, ice tea, and coffee

Sails November - May on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays

Sunset Sails

As Key West slides astern and the bow is pointed to the sunset, passengers enjoy the romantic atmosphere and the unforgettable experience of authentic Tall Ship sailing.  Enjoy complimentary appetizers, beer, wine, champagne & soda served throughout the trip by our ever- attentive crew. Full cash bar is available.
