Each of our moderately-priced accommodations are unique and comfortable. Our waterfront location features a crystal clear pool, 3 lighted boat basins and dockage. Weekly rates are available for those wanting an extended stay in paradise. Our complimentary continental breakfast includes breads, bagels, muffins, donuts, toast, fresh fruits, juices, coffee and teas from 7:30 to 10:00 am daily. |

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS:
You may guarantee your reservations by charging one night's
rent to a credit card or by mailing a check in the amount of one night's
rent within 10 days of making a reservation. If deposit is not received
within 10 days, reservation will be canceled. |

Balance is due upon arrival and may be paid by
cash, travels checks or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American
Express). NO PERSONAL CHECKS. Monroe county has a 11.5%
tax on overnight accommodations. |

CANCELLATION POLICY refunds are permitted on cancellations made more than 20 days before check-in date, with a handling fee of $10.00. Cancellation request must be in writing. |

RATES ARE BASED ON 2 PEOPLE Extra person charge: $12.50 Per Person Per Day. However, we restrict maximum # of people in one room. No charge for children under the age of 4. |
