Tall Ship Schooner Liberty |

As Key West slides astern and
the bow is pointed to the sunset, passengers enjoy the
romantic atmosphere and the unforgettable experience of
authentic Tall Ship sailing. Cruising past Mallory Square
we take in the sights and sounds of the Sunset Celebration,
before heading into the open water and watching a
world-famous Key West Sunset, while enjoying complimentary
beer, wine, champagne & soda, served throughout the trip by
our ever- attentive crew.

Sunset Culinaire Dinner Sail |
|
 Take a relaxing
Sunset cruise and enjoy the scents, sounds, sights and romance
of Key West while enjoying a delicious gourmet menu of fine
wines and foods. RB's Lady is a 52 foot Bluewater
Cruiser powered with twin engines with a large covered upper
deck that sits 20 guests at five tables. The boat also has
a head forward and a beautiful teak paneled salon. Tours
depart around 6:00 PM; Please call for exact times.
Adults: $75 + tax
Children 10 & Under: $37.50 + tax
Appetizers
- Creamy Maryland Style crab bisque with a light drizzle of
truffel oil
- Edgewood salad: mixed lettuces, peaches, smoked almonds,
tomato and dressing
-Wild mushrooms Napoleon with porcini and raclette cheese cream

- Thai spring roll with Asian salad, ponsu dipping sauce and
sriracha
Entrees
- Roulade of chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto and
asiago cheese, served with baby vegetables and basmati rice on a
mushroom and sun dried tomato sauce
- Sautéed Mahi-mahi with baby carrots, sugar snaps and basmati
rice on a shrimp reduction sauce
- Flank steak stuffed with spinach, mushrooms, and homemade
pâté' sausage served with Yukon gold roasted garlic mashed
potatoes and baby carrots in a ragú sauce
