Upon entering Captain’s Quarters from the covered lanai, you will find yourself in a luxuriously appointed and spacious kitchen with a bank of wrap-around windows overlooking the large pool, and brilliantly landscaped tropical gardens. Fully equipped with everything you desire to prepare a sumptuous meal including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, wine and champagne glasses.
The great room incorporates a dining room and living room with Queen sleeper sofa, love seat, TV, VCR, stereo with CD player, and telephone. Paneled with teak, this living room is great for relaxing or entertaining.
Each of the bedrooms has a private bath. One has a king bed which can be transformed into 2 twin beds. The second bedroom at the other end of the cottage has a queen bed.
The two large baths feature glass block showers, heavy weight towels, beach towels, iron and ironing board.
Light and airy, skylights illuminate Captain’s Quarters. Central air-conditioning allows you to control the climate with the utmost convenience. This is the perfect cottage for you and your family or a group of friends.

A true Key West hideaway, the Conch House has a deck with gardens and is totally private and enclosed for your enjoyment. French doors open from the covered deck into the living room, complete with TV, VCR, stereo with CD player and telephone. Decorated in a casual Caribbean style, the Conch House will make you feel at home in Key West.
A breakfast bar separates the living room from the full kitchen and includes everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal, including coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, wine and champagne glasses.
Central air-conditioned throughout for your comfort, the two separate bedrooms feature a King bed in the master bedroom and can be divided into two twins. The second bedroom has a queen bed.
The bath includes a tub with shower, hairdryer, luxurious towels and beach towels.
